Ensure that changes to security data are not live in production. ALLOut security change control provides the tools to enable you to have multiple security tables and promote data seamlessly between environments in  JD Edwards.

  • Role Assignment Change Control (SCC)

    ALLOut change control functionality delivers Role assignments (relationships) promotion – with optional SoD validation/approval.

    This enables IT to apply and test the Roles assigned (in F95921) to Users in a ‘Test’ environment prior to applying to Production. The software can be used to duplicate the assignments applied within the test location only after (testing) approval.

  • Security Data Change Control (SCC)

    ALLOut change control automation functionality delivers Security (including menu filtering) promotion – with optional SoD validation/approval.

    This enables IT to apply and test the security records (F00950, UDO F00950W and Menu Filtering) assigned to Roles (or directly to Users) in a ‘Test’ environment prior to applying to Production. The software can be used to duplicate the security applied within the test location only after (testing) approval.
