Role Assignment Change Control (SCC)

ALLOut change control functionality delivers Role assignments (relationships) promotion - with optional SoD validation/approval.

This enables IT to apply and test the Roles assigned (in F95921) to Users in a 'Test' environment prior to applying to Production. The software can be used to duplicate the assignments applied within the test location only after (testing) approval.

Our requirement was not only to run Segregation of Duties (SoD) reports during an audit, but also to check if a security or role change is going to lead to an SoD conflict before the assignment is made. This helps us a lot! With ALLOut, as soon as a user requests a conflicting role, it immediately flags the conflict and the change is not applied until the conflict is approved. pardot	A session cookie named pardot is set in your browser while you’re logged in to Pardot as a user or when a visitor accesses a form, landing page, or page with Pardot tracking code. The cookie denotes an active session and isn’t used for tracking.
