  • Role-based Segregation of Duties Controls (RbAC)

    Depending on your requirements, ALLOut RbAC provides document and audit features in JDE. Automate preventative controls for role assignment and ensure access is granted in accordance with your risk management framework.

    Option 1:
    Role-based Segregation of Duties prevention enables you to test for pre-defined role conflicts BEFORE the assignment is completed and WARN or BLOCK action as applicable. Prevent multiple roles being assigned to users if they have been previously defined as ‘conflicting’.

  • Role-based Access Controls with Restrictions (RbAC)

    Depending on your requirements, ALLOut RbAC provides document and audit features in JDE. Automate preventative controls for role assignment and ensure access is granted in accordance with your risk management framework.

    Option 2:
    RbAC Access Controls with Restrictions enable you to limit who can complete which assignments and WARN or BLOCK actions as applicable. Additionally, it allows assignments to be restricted to predefined User-Role combinations only.

  • Role-based Request & Approval Process (RbAC)

    Depending on your requirements, ALLOut RbAC provides document and audit features in JDE. Automate preventative controls for role assignment and ensure access is granted in accordance with your risk management framework.

    Option 3:
    RbAC Request & Approval Process enables you to move the entire request/approval/assignment into JDE. Allow business users to request Role Assignments which need to be approved by another user (i.e. an Approver) before the request can be converted into an actual assignment.
