In 2023 academy subscriptions hit a record high as customers signed up for ongoing access to technical support, training and professional certifications in IT, Finance, and Audit.

Courses help users maximize AOS functionality across all business units, based on best practice and governance initiatives. Guidance on feature benefits include streamlining user provisioning, enhancing user productivity, access change control, security, role and menu design, SoD conflict resolution, critical access management, reporting and more.

Discovering the ways customers are using our solutions to meet business objectives, complete projects and build solid growth strategies has been more inspiring than ever. Adding modules as required is how customers embrace the cost-effective scalability we provide. Throughout 2023, we saw customers accelerate a range of security projects by customizing their AOS plans to suit their unique JDE instances in innovative ways.

2023 has been phenomenal for growing our JDE partner network that now includes 40 + IT service partners globally, providing customers with resources, expertise and support for all types of JDE implementations. Collaborations have proven so successful that we aim to expand our network even further in 2024, across USA, Asia Pacific (including Australia & NZ) and Europe.

A top priority for our best-in-class developers in 2023 has been to deliver software updates and version releases (4.1.3) that both leverage and align seamlessly with JDE’s latest advancements.

Education and Webinars: elevating ROI and User Productivity

Getting the most out of JDE releases, product updates and enhancements requires knowledge and upskilling. In 2023 AOS took leveling up to new heights. As well as updating academy resources, our industry experts offered webinars that drilled down on security, audit and compliance features, cloud migration, and project acceleration strategies.
